I grew up in Phoenix and had two Native American friends in school. They both felt obligated to return to their reservation after receiving their education. However, without work opportunities...families split up and their culture is destroyed all over again. The government OWES them so much and has not helped enough.  We can dig wells all over Africa...but when we don't help our own citizens we have failed. These people need running water!!! We need to petition the government to begin to take responsibility for their own citizens-NOW!
