They used to re-run previous seasons' episodes about a month or so before the new season airs on t.v. Last year they started re-running them and then they stopped midway through. I've never seen any other network other than FX re-run those shows. Usually the re-runs (when they do re-run them) are pretty late at night like 11pm-2am range. I'm pretty sure they're on itunes but of course it'll cost you money. They've also got seasons 1-3 on dvd and hopefully will have season 4 on dvd soon.
Season 4 of Nip/Tuck is out. I received it for a Christmas gift from my sister. I haven't opened it yet, but will most likely soon and as I am in need of a Nip/Tuck fix......
