I know we are supposed to be on this site trying everything humanly possible to get Landgraf and FX to bring the show back,  but, I am sitting here watching the pilot for about the 215th time, and I just wanted to give a "kudos", "welldone", "highfive",etc... to the cast of this show.   I feel we have all been robbed for only getting to see 20 episodes of this remarkable series, and I am one of the biggest Eddie Izzard FANS ever,but, we have all left out everyone else.  I don't know if any of them have time to try to read all of these websites or not, to know that some of us were truly pulling for them to come back or not, but, here goes:  Gregg Henry--(love to HATE Hugh, but, remarkable job, sir)..Todd Stashwick--(became a true Stashwick fan thru all of this, you were awesome as Dale!!) Noel Fisher--(Young man, you have a great future ahead of you...you rocked as Cael!)  Shannon Marie Woodward--( You made "DiDi" VERY believable, and you are a wonderful young actress) Aidan Mitchell...(Young Man, you had the hardest role of anyone, and you pulled it off beautifully!  I'm glad at least Mr Izzard was there to help you with it...you were VERY fortunate to have him there for support!!) Minnie Driver..(I can't even begin to go there!! You were awesome..you pulled off  Dahlia beautifully and your chemistry with Eddie and the children was awesome)..and finally,  Mr Eddie Izzard..(I know you are very passionate about this show, as was I and several thousand other people, but, I just want to say, that your passion came through every time you were on screen, whether it be as "Doug Rich" or in interviews as "Eddie Izzard",even during some of your "Q&A's after "Stripped")...I for one, know that my Mondays (1st season) and now my Tuesdays (2nd season) are going to be much dimmer because the Malloys will not be a part of them. I have become a true advocate of "The Riches" and "Eddie Izzard" (have all of the DVD's and CD's I can find) although I have been a fan of yours for years.  I personally want to thank you and the entire staff of the show for coming into my living room for 20 weeks and bringing a great show to television.  I know that I am not alone, but, apparently, they didn't "survey" the right homes to base their decision on.  This bad decision by FX is truly the fans loss.  I wish you all well and great success, and prove these *****.'s at FX WRONG....go kick some ass.   Sincerely.

I emailed Todd Stashwick, and, first of all, HE ANSWERED w/in an hour!!!  Which in itself, is AWESOME!! He, as of yesterday (9/2) says that that "The Riches" is still on hold, and nothing has been decided. He said that he would post something on his "my space" page as soon as he knew anything.  What can we do?  Buy the 1st season DVD's and order the 2nd Season via Amazon "unbox" and keep "blogging".   I truly think they (FX) will bring it back, and Todd is hoping so, as well.  WHAT an EXCELLENT MAN!!  I was thrilled that he replied, and he seems as genuine as Eddie does!  Let's keep the flame going!  The Malloys will be BACK!!!

I located an item on EBAY by entering "The Riches T-Shirt" and I found and BOUGHT an awesome one.  I'm seriously thinking about buying one in every color!  If I could copy and paste it into this blog I would.   It very simply states "I'd rather be watching The Riches"!!  I couldn't pass it up.  They're only 9.99! So...all of you fans that want to show true support--Here ya go.  Too bad we can't all go stand outside the FX Studios and wear them in protest!!   I'm still keeping a positive thought and keeping faith in Mr. Izzard----

I agree with the previous entry that if The Riches was flat ***** canceled it would have been announced by now.  I checked out Todd Stashwick's My Space page yesterday, and he said there was still no word from up above.  I have checked some of the last Q&A's from Eddie last performances for his US Tour and he still seems to be very optimistic.  He may very well have a back up plan if FX can't pull it out...he seems to be very determined to make this show work, and he definitely has a lot more pull now in the Hollywood arena than he used to.  Hell, if I had 2 million dollars I would donate it to get at least ONE MORE SHOW out of them!!   I hope Landgraf reads this or someone at the network does---from those of us that are SICK of reality TV shows and want a well written, well acted, entertaining show to keep us going---BRING IT BACK!!!!  If the Non-Fans could just see what WE SEE!!!!!

I have completely quit watching "network" television since FX has started putting these wonderful shows on television.  I mean, OMG, how many "batchellor/batchellorette" and "survivor" shows are we supposed to have to endure with NO THOUGHT/BRAIN WAVES what so ever, when FX is placing all of these wonderful series on the network???  Good Lord, I have worn my "1st Season of THE RICHES" out and am waiting VERY IMPATIENTLY for the 2nd season to be released.  I read where less than "1 million" viewers watched the 2nd season, and can I just tell FX it is BECAUSE it was NOT ADVERTISED enough!!!  I am absolutely addicted to this show and Eddie Izzard/Minnie Driver's chemistry is something that has been missed since Jimmy Smits/Kim Delaney were on NYPD Blue.  BRING IT BACK FX.  Network TV *****s with all of the reality crap. The Riches is a VERY ENTERTAINING/SUSPENSFUL and quality show and Eddie/Minnie show their wonderful talent.
