In one of my blogs, there is a quote from John Landgraf himself about the show. Reading it makes me feel positive about it and everyone plans on returning, so I think FX should make at least one more season.

Also, this is from Variety: Landgraf said no decision has been made on the future of "The Riches," the Irish Traveler con artist drama starring Eddie Izzard and Minnie Driver. Ratings in the 18-49 demo fell 44% in season two vs. season one, and with marketing expenditure required for the net's more commercially successful series, renewal doesn't seem likely.

No one knows, but talks have been happening, and many of the cast members are saying they are already making plans to film the next season. Minnie Driver for example (with her baby and such).
FX was probably waiting for some Emmy buzz for it, but they missed those so cancellation may happen after all.

I just watched Eddie's Q&A from Portland and he seems to be VERY optimistic that The Riches will be back! I'm hoping so anyway. If FX doesn't want to bring it back, maybe a different network will listen to the fans and bring it back. I'm keeping a good thought, and hope FX reads these blogs every once in a while before they make their decisions!! I'd hate to quit watching ALL of their shows because they made a dumb decision!!

I just read the list of Emmy Nominated Shows/Actors, and I have to honestly say I have NEVER seen any of these shows. It's all politics anyway. Do we EVER like the shows/movies that the critics pick ALL OF TIME? NO!! Bring them BACK FX---PLEASE. I can't handle another episode of DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER---

I hope they dont cancel the show. I'd have to say out of all the shows on Cable The Riches and The Shield are my 2 favorites, and the shield is on its final season. So if they do away with The riches no need to watch FX any more. ill stick to House (fox) and Weeds (showtime).
